LEATHERMAN Skeletool KB Folding Knife 2.6in Aurora

Description

The LEATHERMAN Skeletool KB in Aurora is a compact folding knife designed for everyday cutting jobs without the extra size and complexity of a full pliers-based multi-tool. Its streamlined two-tool configuration combines a 2.6-inch straight-edge knife blade with an integrated bottle opener, making it a practical choice for a pocket, work bag, daypack, tackle box, or camp kitchen kit. The blade is made from 420HC stainless steel and locks in the open position, providing a secure working setup for routine tasks such as opening packages, cutting cord, trimming material, or handling other common chores around the house, shop, campsite, or trail. A large opening cutout in the blade and the skeletonized Skeletool profile help maintain the model’s distinctive, minimal design while keeping overall weight to just 1.3 ounces. Closed, the knife measures 3.45 inches, so it carries easily without taking up much pocket space. The attached deep-carry pocket clip keeps the knife positioned for convenient access and incorporates the bottle opener into its base, allowing the Skeletool KB to provide useful secondary functionality without adding a separate implement. Unlike the full-size Skeletool multi-tools, this KB configuration is focused specifically on the essentials and does not include pliers, drivers, or wire cutters. That simple approach makes it well suited to users who want a dedicated folding blade with one additional everyday function rather than a larger tool set. The Aurora finish gives this exact variant a distinctive warm color that stands apart from traditional black or stainless pocket knives. Supplied in clamshell packaging, this Skeletool KB is a lightweight, easy-to-carry option for everyday use, outdoor outings, travel kits, and general utility work where a straightforward locking folder is the preferred tool.
