Generally, orders placed by 2 pm EST Monday - Friday will be shipped same day. Some exclusions do apply. If an item requires additional shipping time it will be noted in the listing. Firearms will be shipped within 48 hours after the transfer FFL is received and processed. Some exclusions apply. See SHIPPING page for more details.

Sales Tax

If the item is shipped to an address in Ohio sales tax will be added. Outside of Ohio we collect sales tax if your state requires us to do so.


General Merchandise

Most items sold by Fin Feather Fur Outfitters can be returned within 30 days for a replacement or a refund. All returns require a return authorization which can be obtained by using our CONTACT US page. The product needs to be returned new and in the original package with all tags, warranty papers, accessories and original invoice to:

All refunds will be issued via the same manner order was originally paid for. Currently online purchase returns cannot be accepted at store locations.


Please inspect firearm carefully before taking possession from your dealer. If there are any issues call us and we can arrange to have the firearm returned. After we receive and inspect the firearm you will be given a choice of a refund or a replacement if available.

We reserve the right to deduct return shipping fees and add a restock fee to your refund depending upon the reason of the return. Refund fees on firearms are typically $40.00 Once you take possession of the firearm any warranty issues or defects need to be directed to the manufacturer of the firearm.

If your package arrives damaged or you received the wrong item give us a call immediately so that we can resolve the problem as quickly as possible.

Ammo Sales

We currently do not ship ammo to California, Illinois and New York
