The Kershaw Bareknuckle DuraLock is a USA-made manual folding knife designed for everyday carry, routine work, and general cutting tasks. Its streamlined profile draws inspiration from the award-winning Zero Tolerance 0777 while using a practical configuration suited to regular pocket carry. The 3.5-inch modified sheepsfoot blade is made from CPM MagnaCut stainless steel and hardened to 62–64 HRC. This premium blade steel provides a useful balance of edge retention, toughness, and corrosion resistance, while the black PVD coating gives the blade a subdued finish that coordinates with the knife’s black hardware. A plain cutting edge supports controlled slicing and utility work without the maintenance considerations of serrations. The handle is machined from aluminum and finished with OD green anodizing, providing a solid structure without making the knife unnecessarily heavy. At 4.74 inches closed and 8.24 inches overall, the Bareknuckle offers a full-size working blade in a slim package weighing only 3.4 ounces. Opening is fully manual through a custom thumb stud, with KVT ball bearings supporting smooth blade movement around the pivot.
