The HOLOSUN EPS-CORE-RD-MRS is a compact enclosed pistol sight developed for compatible slim and subcompact handguns with an RMSc mounting footprint. Its design combines the larger viewing window associated with the full-size EPS platform with a narrow base suited to concealed-carry pistols, providing a generous sight picture without requiring the wider mounting interface used by many full-size optics. The enclosed housing protects the emitter from dust, debris, and moisture that could interfere with an open reflex sight, making this model a practical choice for everyday carry, range use, training, and other demanding applications. Its red Multi-Reticle System lets the shooter select a precise 2 MOA dot, a highly visible 32 MOA circle, or the combined circle-and-dot configuration to match the task and preferred sight picture. Solar Failsafe provides supplemental power, while Shake Awake activates illumination when motion is detected and shuts it down during inactivity to help conserve battery life. A side-loading CR1620 battery tray permits battery replacement without removing the sight from the pistol, helping preserve the installed position and zero. The controls provide eight daylight settings and four settings compatible with night-vision equipment, along with memory functionality for recalling the previously used brightness level. Constructed from 6061 aluminum with a black hard-anodized finish, the EPS-CORE measures 1.61 inches long, 1.18 inches wide, and 0.97 inches high. It carries an IPX8 waterproof rating, is rated for 5000G vibration resistance, and provides 1.5 MOA adjustment clicks with ±30 MOA of windage and elevation travel.
