Taurus G2C 9mm

I purchased this compact 9mm after I watched many reviews about it. Taurus is not like S&W or Glock but this model has gotten great reviews. For the price I decided to take a chance. I have not been disappointed at all. Out of the box it was accurate and I have had no malfunctions yet. I have only put a couple of hundred rounds through it so far but it has performed perfectly. It came with two 12 round mags. It is a comfortable handgun to hold and fire. Like many have said, the trigger has a little gritty feeling but I have gotten over that very quickly. The second strike feature I new to me and I haven't decided if I am a fan or not of that. I did have one round misfire and, out of habit, I ejected it before I even thought about trying the trigger again. Unlike most folks, I do like the safety features that come with this firearm. I wish it was on ambi as I am a lefty.
The magazine release works very well and the mag pops out and not just falls out. The mags are metal and pretty good quality too. Overall, I am very please thus far with this purchase.
