To rig the innovative 360° center-lock wheel simply feed your camera cable through the side cut-outs, cleat the cable into the desired locks, then rotate the wheel to a precise viewing position. The panner expands to 17” diameter to support any size hole on the ice or in a wheel house/fish house. Folding arms for compact travel and storage. Works with all size camera cables.
