Pin Wiz 5/8-Inch x 4-Inch Stainless Steel Locking Hitch Pin

The Pin Wiz 4-Inch Locking Hitch Pin provides a practical way to secure a compatible hitch-mounted component to a receiver during towing, transport, or storage. This configuration has a 5/8-inch pin diameter and 4 inches of usable working length, making it suitable for 2.5-inch receiver hitches. The extended bent-pin design provides the reach required for the wider receiver tube while giving the user a convenient handhold during installation and removal. Both the handle and locking head feature rubber-overmolded gripping surfaces that improve control and help reduce the effort associated with handling a smooth metal hitch pin. The stainless steel pin and locking head are intended to deliver dependable service in demanding towing environments while resisting the corrosion that commonly affects exposed trailer hardware. Once the pin is inserted through the aligned receiver and accessory holes, the keyed locking head attaches to the opposite end to help deter unauthorized removal. A protective cap covers the keyway and helps keep water and road debris away from the lock mechanism when the pin is installed. Two keys are included, allowing one to be stored as a spare. The silver-and-black finish provides a clean, functional appearance that matches most towing equipment. This locking hitch pin is a useful addition for truck, trailer, RV, and utility-towing setups where a standard removable clip does not provide the desired level of security. Its combination of a key-operated lock, weather-resistant cover, comfortable grip, 5/8-inch diameter, and extended 4-inch working length makes it especially useful for securing ball mounts and other compatible accessories in larger receiver hitches. The package contains one Pin Wiz locking hitch pin with its locking head and two keys.
