The Mossberg 590 Pro field is not that shotgun, it's the working pony that was developed for busting clay and dropping birds. The Pro Field doesn't want to be in the safe it wants to be in the field out in the elements handling whatever you can throw at it. The stock and forend are made from synthetic materials and feature a matte black finish. The vent rib barrel has a fiber optic front sight and the metal work sports a matte blue finish.
