Molt Gear MG RUSH Monster Acrylic Canada Goose Call

The Molt Gear MG RUSH Monster is a premium acrylic Canada goose call developed for waterfowl hunters who want a responsive call capable of producing both fast notes and a full-bodied goose tone. Its Monster configuration pairs a black acrylic body with vivid green graphics, giving this exact variant a distinctive appearance on a call lanyard. The MG RUSH uses an angular exterior profile rather than the rounded shape found on many traditional calls. A form-fit radius in the barrel and a carefully positioned insert are intended to promote comfortable, repeatable hand placement while calling in the field. Inside, the shorter barrel brings moving air into contact with the reed quickly, helping the call respond promptly when producing clucks, honks and other rapid calling sequences. Molt Gear combines that short barrel with a longer, bored-out insert designed to retain the power and fuller sound hunters need when working Canada geese across open water or large fields. The compression-chambered insert traps air to establish consistent back pressure, giving the caller more control over transitions and note presentation. Each MG RUSH is equipped with Molt Gear’s Broken-In Phantom Gut System and a hand-shaved reed selected for versatility and tone. The call’s internal airflow path requires additional machining steps, reflecting the attention placed on balancing speed, volume and tonal depth within one compact design. Its two-color finish is applied and cleaned by hand, and the completed call is individually tuned before use. Designed by champion goose caller Scott Threinen, the MG RUSH is a practical choice for experienced waterfowl callers seeking an acrylic field call that can move quickly through aggressive sequences while maintaining the deeper character associated with a convincing Canada goose sound. The Monster variant combines the established MG RUSH calling system with a bold black-and-green finish that makes it easy to distinguish from other colors in the series.
