The Magpul PMAG 30 Round Magazine designed specifically for the .300 AAC Blackout Cartridge. The genesis of the blackout cartridge was to provide special operations units a .30 caliber compatible round that functions under the constraints of the existing AR pattern dimensions and the .300 AAC blackout cartridge was born. The ability to shoot both subsonic and super sonic cartridges with a suppressor further pushed the envelope and it was found that some of the larger grain weight projectiles, occasionally had reliability issue. This magazine allows you full compatibility with all of the various .300 AAC Blackout cartridges and with the visual differences in the magazines you can quickly identify your different magazines avoiding any potential disasters.
