Description
The Hunter Safety System Ultra-Lite is a lightweight, fully adjustable treestand safety harness designed for hunters whose combined body and gear weight falls within the 250- to 300-pound sizing range. This 2X/3X model is finished in Realtree camouflage and uses a ventilating mesh upper body to reduce the bulk and heat associated with heavier vest-style systems. At 2.5 pounds, it is practical for mobile hunters who carry their equipment into the woods, while its all-season configuration can be adjusted to accommodate the clothing worn for different weather conditions. The upper section incorporates 1.25-inch webbing, and the harness uses quick-snap connections rather than weave-through buckles. This design simplifies putting the harness on and adjusting it before leaving the ground while also eliminating loose, dangling straps. Rubber-coated leg buckles help reduce contact noise around a stand, bow or other equipment. Built-in lineman’s loops support proper use with compatible climbing equipment when setting up or moving around a tree, and the integrated shock-absorbing tether provides the primary connection point for the treestand safety system. The package also includes an adjustable tree strap for anchoring the harness and a suspension relief strap that can double as a deer drag. Safe-use instructions are supplied to help the owner correctly fit, inspect and operate the system. The Ultra-Lite is intended for treestand hunters who want a streamlined harness that remains comfortable during extended sits without sacrificing the key attachment and adjustment features needed for elevated hunting. Always follow the supplied instructions, inspect every component before use and remain properly connected to an approved anchor system whenever leaving the ground.
