Hi Mountain Natural Hog Casings use for Italian sausage, German sausage, Polish sausage, bratwurst sausage. Simply rinse off the salt and soak the casings in warm water until soft and pliable about 30-40 minutes. Run warm water through casings before use. Enough for up to 30 lbs. of meat.
