CobraTec CTK-1 Medium OTF Knife 3-Inch D2 Dagger Black

Description

The CobraTec Medium CTK-1 is a double-action out-the-front automatic knife configured for everyday carry and general utility use. This exact version pairs a black Cerakote-finished handle with a 3-inch, non-serrated dagger blade made from D2 steel. Its dual-action mechanism deploys and retracts the blade through the same side-mounted control, keeping operation direct and convenient while eliminating the need to close the blade manually. The medium CTK-1 measures 8 inches overall with the blade deployed and glass breaker included, placing it between CobraTec’s small and large CTK-1 configurations for users who want a substantial knife without stepping up to the longest model in the series. The 5-inch handle is constructed from high-grade aluminum alloy, giving the knife a rigid body for regular carry and use. A pocket clip is included and can be moved to either side of the handle, providing a practical setup for right- or left-side carry. The integrated glass breaker adds an emergency-use capability without requiring a separate tool, while the included nylon sheath provides another option for storage and transport. At 6.7 ounces, this CTK-1 has a solid, noticeable feel in hand and pocket. The plain, non-serrated dagger configuration provides an uninterrupted cutting edge and a symmetrical blade profile, distinguishing it from the drop-point, tanto, Wharncliffe and serrated CTK-1 variations. Its black finish gives the knife a subdued appearance suitable for work gear, outdoor kits and everyday-carry collections. CobraTec backs its OTF knives with a lifetime warranty, adding long-term manufacturer support for this medium CTK-1 configuration. Buyers should confirm that ownership and carry of an automatic OTF knife comply with all applicable state and local regulations.
