Byrna Max .61 Caliber Pepper & Tear Gas Projectiles 5 Count

Byrna Max .61 Caliber Projectiles provide a chemical-irritant option for compatible Byrna compact less-lethal launchers. This package contains five projectiles intended for personal-safety applications rather than routine target practice. Each Max projectile carries a pepper and tear-gas irritant payload and is designed to rupture when it strikes a target, dispersing its contents into the surrounding area. The resulting combination distinguishes Max projectiles from Byrna’s solid kinetic rounds and non-active training options. This exact .61 caliber configuration is made for Byrna CL and CL-XL launchers, whose magazines, barrels and feeding systems are engineered around the smaller projectile diameter. It must not be substituted for a .68 caliber Byrna projectile, and it is not compatible with Byrna launcher models that require .68 caliber ammunition. Matching the projectile caliber to the launcher is important for proper feeding, operation and reliability. The compact five-count package provides one full load for a standard five-round CL magazine while keeping the remaining projectiles protected in their original container until needed. Chemical projectiles should be handled carefully, inspected before loading and never used if cracked, damaged or deformed. Keep the projectiles stored in a cool, dry location because heat, moisture and prolonged exposure to unfavorable conditions may affect their ability to disperse properly. These are active chemical-irritant projectiles, not reusable rounds, toys or conventional firearm cartridges. Users should read and follow the instructions supplied with their Byrna launcher, use only the correct Byrna-approved projectile caliber and reserve Max rounds for lawful defensive purposes. Ownership, possession, carry and use restrictions for chemical projectiles can differ by jurisdiction, so purchasers should review all applicable state and local requirements before ordering, transporting or using this product.
