General

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Your original receipt and photo ID is required for all returns, exchanges and warranty repair services.

Returns must be made within 30 days (unless otherwise noted.)

All merchandise must be in original undamaged packaging.

Cash refunds on purchases paid by personal check can only be refunded after 10 days. No refunds will be given for labor, special orders or close out items.  All warranty repair or replacements must be returned to the manufacturer for processing. We will be happy to assist you however all associated charges are the customer’s responsibility.

Firearms

ON ALL FIREARMS RETURNED THERE WILL BE A $40.00 RE-STOCKING CHARGE. This is to cover our cost of reprocessing and re-logging under BATF regulations.  New firearms must be returned within 10 days of purchase otherwise they will be treated as a used firearm.  Only UNFIRED, new in the box firearms, with all factory enclosures, may be returned. We can no longer accept returns of firearms with manufacturer’s rebates.

 

Reloading

Treestands

WE DO NOT ACCEPT ANY RETURNS ON TREESTANDS WHERE THE BOX HAS BEEN OPENED.

 

Ammo

WE DO NOT ACCEPT ANY RETURNS ON AMMUNITION.

 

Calls

RETURN POLICY ON CALLS

CALLS UNDER $40 – Due to sanitary reasons, we cannot refund or exchange.

Please be sure of your choice.  Check packaging for damage before purchasing.

HIGH END DUCK & GOOSE CALLS.

Because of the expensive nature of these calls – Fin Feather Fur will refund or exchange up to 10 days from the date of the purchase.  You MUST have the receipt.

 

Layaway

  • You must have receipt when picking up merchandise.
  • 10% of total is required to initiate all layaways.
  • 60 day layaway contract
  • 15% restocking fee on all returned or cancelled layaways.
  • If layaway is not paid off in 60 days merchandise will be returned to store stock.
  • If merchandise is returned to stock you are eligible for a refund minus restocking fees.
  • You can use one or any combination of these acceptable payment options: cash, check, credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express), debit card, Fin Gift Card, (Note: EBT food stamps are not allowed)
  • No partial take-outs are permitted
  • Perishable items such as food cannot be put into layaway
